Our roofing crews have been super busy with several homes after all the storms that have been taking place during our busy Monsoon season.
Here is a peek at what we did for an Arizona homeowner and their new Tamko Heritage Desert Sand shingle roof.
After our inspection and free estimate was accepted, we ordered the materials for delivery and scheduled them for completion, which included new Desert Sand shingles, 15# ASTM underlayment. starter shingle at perimeter edge, all new drip metal, metal roof jacks, ridge venting, 3 low profile vents to replace bad whirly birds and T top flashings.
We also replaced the old sky light lens as this is the best time to do this as a homeowner. Additionally, we painted all pipes and exposed flashings to match shingles and provided material and installation, demolition and daily clean up of 2 layer of shingles. We always show up and our daily cleanup and final cleanup is always included.
